Case-IH Cotton Picker Accessories

PRESSURE DOOR BUSHING:

Special nylon bushing installs in top and bottom of door pivot to eliminate wear that causes doors to lose adjustment and even fall out while in use if not caught in time. Can save replacing the entire door.

PRESSURE DOOR BUSHING FOR CPX610:
Replaces factory bushing with more durable material for longer service life.

HEIGHT SENSING SHOES :
 Poly Tech offers two poly skids (A.K.A. Height Sensing Shoes)
for the 1822,1844,2022,2044 & 2055.
Poly Last skids to fit the narrow factory shoe and a special wide steel shoe with matching Poly Last cover to improve height sensing in wet or sticky conditions. The wide poly shoe also fits Factory Case wide steel shoes.

Trask Knocker
ACPC205                     $2.75 EA.
The trash knocker was designed to keep the bottom area of the drum clean and reduce wear on the bottom of the drum and related parts. Proper installation is required for it to work safely and effectively.

  1. Remove an existing bar stool bolt (one per drum) and lock washer. The lock washer is not required to install the trash knocker but if you choose to use it a bolt 1/8" longer than the original bolt is required.

 2. INSTALL original bolt with trash knocker BEND UP as shown in the catalog picture.

 DO NOT INSTALL BEND DOWN!
3. Manually rotate the drum and check to be sure that the trash knocker has proper clearance. Do not run the trash knocker if it makes any contact inside the head. Adjust until proper clearance is obtained.
