White 6000 Series - AD21053 Kit Installation Instructions
(Kit includes 2-scrapers, 2-White adapters and 4-shims)

1) Install shims on 5/16" bolt as required to insure that scraper is parallel with the disk when both bolts are tight. (Normally 2 shims are enough).

2) Shims shown on 5/16" bolt prior to assembling the arm to the planter boot.

3) Shims shown on 5/16" bolt installed and ready to place the Air Design scraper on the arm.

4) Slide the Air Design scraper over the arm as shown, however don't place the curved end of the arm into the scraper slot yet.

5) Slide the Air Design "White Adapter"over the arm as shown. (between the Air Design scraper and the White arm.)

6) Now place the Air Design scraper into position putting the bent end of the arm into the slot of the scraper.

7) Slide the arm and scraper assembly into position and continue by tightening both the small and large bolt. To insure proper functioning of the scraper, inspect the carbide edge to see if it contacts the disk along its full length, if not, more or less shims may be required in step one.

8) Installation is now complete. )
